  Elton Simoni is a Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur. Elton is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina with a major in Real Estate and Marketing. After his college internship with a local real estate investment firm, he branched out on his own. For the past 20 years working in the real estate industry, focused locally in the midlands of South Carolina and for the most recent 13 years he has successfully run his own investment real estate firm, focusing on the following;








He has worked with many types of investors with different goals; those with short, medium and long term investment objectives. Together they have successfully purchased and sold a vast array of property types within their respective portfolios. He has extensive experience in the real estate business and property valuations throughout the midlands of South Carolina.
